Service Plan
One of Citron’s primary goals is to build long-term relationships with clients. We have developed a continuing service plan so that we can be your partner from the time your order is placed to long after the final walk-through is completed.
Orders will be placed and your Account Manager will carefully check acknowledgements for accuracy. The client’s designated representative will receive copies of all orders and confirmation of acknowledgements.
All shipments will be tracked and coordinated for delivery to the selected certified installation company, and the client’s representative will be included in all scheduling decisions.
Citron’s Project Manager will be on site for all deliveries and installations. At the completion of the installation, a walk-through will be conducted with the client, Citron’s Account Manager, designer, and Project manager.
Citron will keep all versions of the space plans developed on file for 10 years. All product information will be filed for re-order or warranty replacement as needed.
